In this article we cover the different customization options available to users on the app's Settings panel.

Customization options (Settings Panel)
Text Value: This property is used to add custom text. The default value here is set to "Placeholder". You can edit this option to add any text you like.
NOTE: If you are using the basic plan (free plan), you can only edit the text value property for the free animation styles, you cannot edit the text value property for other styles.
Font Style: This property is used to set the font of the text. There are 230+ handpicked fonts available for users to choose from.
Font Size: This property is used to set the size of the font. The app widget contains responsive font sizes. So resizing the widget will enlarge/shrink the text. The text size also automatically adjusts to different screen sizes. (Make sure to check the different screen size layouts in Wix Editor/ Studio Editor. Some manual positioning and resizing might be required). Check out resizing and adjusting font size.
Main Font Color: This property is used to set the primary font color of the text.
Secondary Color: This property is used to set a secondary color in effects and animations that use two colors.
Tertiary Color: This property is used to set a tertiary color in effects and animations that use three colors.
Line Spacing: Choose the amount of space that should be set between lines in your text with multiple lines.
Letter Spacing: Choose the amount of space that should be set between individual characters in your text.

Animation Speed: Set how quickly your animation should play. (0% - slowest, 100%- quickest)
Resizing and adjusting font size
The app widget contains responsive text, so resizing the widget will also resize the font. To avoid any problems, here are some best practices to set font size and to resize the widget for proper placement on your website.
Set font size to fit the widget's box. Then resize the font by dragging the corners of the widget.
Take care of hidden text as shown below.
Check different screen sizes (Desktop and Mobile)
The widget will automatically resize to fit different screen sizes. But sometimes it could have hidden text due to large font sizes. So make sure to check both desktop and mobile versions of your website as shown below.
Combine text effects with Wix Animations
Once you choose and customize your text effect, you can also combine it with Wix animations.
You can add Wix animations to your text effects widget the same way you do it for any other element on your website.
