By installing or using our products, you signify your agreement to the Terms mentioned in this page and any other rules or policies referenced in this page. The Terms constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Krono Lite Apps ("we").

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our products. By using our products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

You agree to use our products for lawful purposes only.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our products complies with all laws (local and international).

We reserve the rights to terminate or restrict your access to our products if you violate the terms mentioned in this page.

Our products may offer free and paid subscription plans.

• Our payments are processed through the Wix Payments system, and we do not store any payment information.​

• By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Wix or its payment processor to charge the applicable fees to your selected payment method.

• Refunds are subject to the refund policy of Wix and any specific conditions listed on the App’s page within the Wix Marketplace. Please review Wix's policies and terms for more information on refunds and cancellations.

• ​All terms and conditions set forth by Wix apply.

We collect and process data and personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our products, you consent to the collection and use of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. (Privacy Policy page) 

Our products may integrate with third-party services (such as Wix). We are not responsible for the functionality or content of any third-party services, and your use of such services is subject to their terms of service and privacy policies.

Our products are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our products will meet your specific requirements, that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that any errors will be corrected.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use our products. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages exceed the amount you have paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Krono Lite Apps, its affiliates, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our products or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately. If significant changes are made to these Terms, you will be notified within our products or through other channels. Your continued use of our products following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

We may terminate your access to our products at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use our products will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
